Fantastic beers! Very pleasantly surprised to find great microbrew in Germany. This place may be my new favorite! I come from the West Coast of the US where beer takes more than a few thousand different forms and is always great. This place is the best German beer I have had! 😍😔

Very good beer and atmosphere. The "old school" concoctions of dark beer with a shot of cognac thrown in is very tasty but you need to have a good head for alcohol! The staff are very friendly and funny.

I live in Hamburg for over 15 years. Whenever I'm in Augsburg, a visit to the Commerzienrat is required. Outstanding value for money, great service, very well-kept locality and in the middle of it all. You have to know the store!

The place has some tradition and is located right in the center of town and is close to everything important.

Lovely local pub with local beer and style. Small dishes available - in case hunger comes with thirst :)

Absolutely cozy and rustic eatery (especially the hazelnut schnapps is delicious). We immediately felt very well here and will be sure to come back (next time to dinner).

Super great little pub, for 2 people is usually space, for more than 2 people it is profitable to reserve. Food comes very quickly and is priced perfectly fine. Of course, the main focus is on the beers, which are all really good. A very nice and cozy atmosphere. There is always time for a little detour.
